Homeschool Social Hour

Service Description

A monthly relaxed gathering for families with all ages: homeschool, preschool, toddler families, and special needs all welcome. Children enjoy an open-ended art project and studio games in a low-pressure environment. All ages are welcome to create, trade items from home, and socialize in the studio. To keep all our friends safe, HoppArt Social Hour is a nut-free event. Space is limited, so registration is requested by Tuesday of the event week. This helps us plan supplies, snacks, and staffing for the group. Late registrations may be accommodated if space allows, but are not guaranteed. More info: *The $8/student rate requires a parent/ guardian to remain in the studio with their student for the full duration of the event. *An additional add-on fee applies when a parent or guardian will be dropping off. Children must be restroom independent to be dropped off. Not available for under 4 years old. *The Parent Project mirrors that month's kids' project, adapted for adults, and takes place at the parent's own table in the studio. *The Take-Home Art Kit, Beverage Bar, and Parent Project are optional add-ons and must be selected at the time of registration to guarantee materials are on hand. *Payment is due at the time of registration to hold a spot, including any add-ons selected. *Registration fees and add-ons are non-refundable. 48 hour notice is required to rebook. *Snacks are available for purchase on site. *Items brought from home to share or trade are the responsibility of the child who brings them. HoppArt is not responsible for lost, damaged, or broken personal items. *Late pickup for drop off registrations may incur an additional fee, consistent with HoppArt's standard late pickup policy. *HoppArt reserves the right to adjust activities, games, or the art project based on group size and materials on hand.
