Becky Bessman, a passionate plus-size yoga teacher, and Rebecca J. Hopp of HoppArt will guide participants through an immersive session. This workshop creates an inclusive space for educators of all backgrounds, focusing on accessible breathing techniques and complementary art-making activities.
Participants will learn:
- Stress-reducing breathing exercises adaptable for classroom use
- Creative techniques that reinforce mindfulness practices
