Lil’ Hopps Art Classes

Lil' Hopps Art Class is for children aged 1 to 5 years, along with their caregivers. Come and enjoy themed art lessons that encourage creativity, learning, and play! Every semester, we explore exciting new themes through reading, singing, moving, and making art.

My teaching philosophy is centered around process, not end product. Process-based art making is a way of learning and creating where the focus is on the journey rather than the final result. It's all about the making, which helps children develop important skills and knowledge. By engaging in process-based creation and integrating art into other subjects, like science and social studies, young artists can think critically, make choices, and learn important social and emotional skills.
